Dr. Richard mentored me during PA school at GVSU. He was such a good doctor and so caring and a great teacher. I had much respect for him. I was just thinking about him and searched his name and came across the obit. Sorry to learn of his passing. He was one of the good ones.

Dr Richard was a gentle man with a contagious smile and an infectious personality his entire life. HE will be greatly missed here in Tarrant, Alabama ad well. RIP Dr. Richard, and take your rightful place with the Angels because truly you was an Angel while here on earth.

I am shocked to hear of the passing of Dr. Richard. I became acquainted with him during his time at Bowman Grey School of Medicine. A very kind, God-fearing, lovable person. A man who allowed those around him to know who he served and how he intended to serve others. In searching to find out how he was doing in Michigan after several years I found his obituary and today almost a year later I am deeply saddened. My condolences to the family and to Mary Conrad, as one year is only the beginning...

My prayers go out to the family. Know that Dr. Richards left giant footprints in the national health care arena. We all love and will miss him. To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. He is at peace.

You were a true treasure, and will be missed. Was always a pleasure to see you at work with a smile. Rest In Paradise.

What a tremendous loss. Dr. Richard was one of the nicest men I had ever known. He treated every one with respect and dignity. He will be missed by all. I pray for peace and comfort to his family at this most trying time. May God bless you.

What a great man and a great loss to Cherry Health and the entire community. I worked with Dr Richard for several years and loved his caring and humor, always a smile for patients and co-workers alike. RIP friend.
