Reverend Robert H. Riel

Father Robert Riel was my good neighbor at Nativity B.V.M while I was the pastor of St.Mary's.There is not a more dedicated priest in our diocese.He labored long and hard reaching out to a very diverse congregation.Not always easy.

I'm saddened to hear of Fr. Riel's passing and your loss. He was a caring and gracious man of faith, and always fun to talk to. He gave great instructions on speaking and writing in French! I'm sure there will be many silent prayers of thanks for all his good works. He will be missed.
