Not sure what to say?

Dear Nancy & the Risman family,

I was an ex-colleague of Robbie back in UBS time. And as everyone rembered him, he was a vibrant person full of life & enthusiasm. He never forgets a birthday. I only recently heard about his passing from a colleague as I had already left UBS. I was shocked to hear the sad news. My thoughts are with you & your children.

Nancy, I was shocked and saddened by this tragic event. I was a former colleague of Robbie back during the Baring Securities days, when you both started your family. I remembered the great pride and dedication he had for you and your family. My prayers to Robbie, you and your family... God bless!

I will miss Robbie and will cherish my memories of the incredible person that he was. Robbie spoke with love and adoration about his wife and family. He never forgot a birthday and always began the conversation right where you left off one year before. Robbie was a gift to all of us and he will be sorely missed.

Dear Nancy,
I was shocked and saddened by the news of Robbie's passing. It has always been wonderful to see all of you in Houston for such happy occasions. My heart aches for you, Carly, Tucker and Philip and your entire family. May Robbie's memory be a blessing to you all.

With affection,
Alice Small

I knew Rob from our fraternity and Wharton days at Penn. So sorry to hear the tragic news. We, at Penn, were all lucky to know Rob. Our prayers are with you and your children.

Nancy,

I read with great sadness Ed Harris' note and extend to you my deepest condolences. I remember those days at Columbia with you and Rob and what a fundamentally good guy Rob was. Life is still sweet. My thoughts are with you and your family.

Nancy and family, i am saddened by the passing of robbie. Ed harris called to tell me. I work for Macquarie in Houston in the treasury and commodities group. Saw robbie several months ago on a NY city visit to the office there.

Will pray for him to rest in peace.

Best Wishes,

Nancy, Philip, Tucker & Carly, I was so saddened to hear of your loss. I was only around Robbie a few times, the last was the funeral of his father, but I was so impressed by his love and warmth to all he came in contact with. I felt I knew him through Keith and Deirdre and know that God made him a one of a kind man...incredible person. From what they tell me you are also such a person. I have been praying for you and the children several times a day and will continue to pray for his healing...

Nancy,
As you know Robbie and I were classmates at Columbia Business School in the mid 1980s and we shared similar Wall Street careers for more than two decades. We both lived in Greenwich, CT and our eldest sons attended school together. Robbie always had a ready smile when we saw each other on the commuter train to and from New York. It was with profound sadness that I learned of his untimely death last week. Our familiy sends your our most heartfelt condolences and our...
