Bob was a wonderful godly man who loved his family. I only knew him for a short time but I knew he was special he wii be missed. Love to Mary and her sweet Family.

Bob was a wonderful, warm, and genuine MAN. He is leaving Rowan County a better place.

Deepest condolences to Mrs. Mary and the family of Mr. Roakes. A wonderful person. I served with him on the SHA Board. May you find peace as you journey through his transition from his earthly home to his new home with the Lord. Peace and Blessings to you all.

Nancy and family - I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Your brother was a talented man. I am hoping you can move from the past health trials to only wonderful stories and memories.

Mary, I am so sorry to hear of Bob's passing. I have many fond memories of working with him at the bank. He was such a friendly, genuine person and was liked and respected by all. He had a way of making everyone's day a little better with just his laugh. Prayers for you and your family.

Mary and Family, My prayers for peace and comfort to you all during this time. I have many good memories working with Bob during our time together at Home Fed S & L. Bob was an integral person in my life as I was fresh out of Catawba College working my first official job as a college grad. Getting to know you, Robbie and Amy during that time is a lasting memory as well.

I remember working with Bob years ago at F&M Bank. He was a wonderful person to work with. I know his family will miss him.

So sorry to here about your Dad. He is rejoicing in Heaven. Praise God. Know you will miss him
