Robert George Robison

Rob was one of my favorite people in the whole world! He was a super kind and knowledgeable guy, especially with regard to riding and tuning dirt and street bikes. We rode many, many days together, riding the pipeline in Emigration Canyon together back in the early 70´s. He was a few years older than me but since we both loved bikes so much (I was always game to ride on any day too) we spent many hours and days doing that together. Rob was one of my dear friends, who I grew up with in the "Yalecrest 1st Ward. We were in the Deacon's quorum Presidency together. I remember he grew taller & ran faster than me. He held the record at Clayton Jr High for the 100 yard dash, which stood for many years. We played in a 6th grade graduation dance together. He on the guitar and me on the drums. He was the 1st of our group of about 12 to turn 71. He was loved and admired! One of the kindest, gentlest man I ever knew.
