Dear Lois, I am so sorry to hear of Bob's passing. I always enjoyed visiting with you and Bob. We certainly have shared some memorable occasions together. I was saddened to read of Bob's death. Though we had not seen one another for many years, I have fond memories of Bob going back nearly 50 years, when he was the Scoutmaster for our Sea Scouts Explorer Post. He set an excellent example for all of us. Fifteen years later I followed his guidance and became an Explorer Post scoutmaster myself. The interest and knowledge of boating Bob taught us has stayed with me through many years at sea, including a ten year trip around the world on my own...
