We were so sorry to hear of your father's passing. He'll always be remembered for his warm personality and genial ways. At family get-togethers he could always be counted on to entertain one or all with his many interesting stories. Bob was a captain when I became a fireman. I often think back and recall him fondly as a refuge during my early years. He brought perspective to the job. He was missed when he retired, and will continue to be missed.
