Not sure what to say?

My deepest condolences on the loss of Dr. Roth. I had the privilege of taking one of his psychology courses at Kean University during summer session in the late 1990's. I will never forget that first class when he said, "Open your notebooks and take down the questions that you will have on your midterm and your final exams. I don't want you to miss a word of what I say wondering, do I write this down; will it be asked on an exam?" He had me mesmerized from day one! To this day, his class...

Today, May 15, 2017 as many other times I remember my favorite psychology professor at Kean University, Dr. Robert Roth. I just Google his name because I felt the need to know about him. He was kind, interesting in his lectures, extremely knowledgeable and experienced. I remember his soft tone of vice, the peaceful and harmonious body language sitting with his hand like in a praying position while teaching. I often to my patients about something that he mention in his courses "we need to...

Dr. Roth was a legend in his own time. He was a very caring person and talented as well. I had the privilege of hearing him play one of his compositions on the piano. And I worked for him in the Psychology Department. May the God of Abraham sustain you all through this difficult time. He will be sorely missed but never, ever forgotten.

Respectfully submitted,

Frances E. Priester,
Former Secretarial Asst. @ Kean University Psychology Department

My condolences to the Roth family. I had Dr. Roth as an instructor in the mid-1970's when I minored in Psychology at Kean.

I am thankful that I was able to have Dr. Roth as a professor. I learned so much from him. He was a wonderful teacher and a great man. He will be missed.

I am very sad to learn of the passing of Dr. Roth. He was a wonderful professor and I enjoyed being in his classes. He will be missed by many, especially his students.

Great teacher! I studied with him years ago. My condolences to the family. George Schroepfer

Condolences to Dr. Roth's lovely family. Dr. Roth was my favorite professor, and a huge influence on my life. It was a pleasure having him as a professor, and working in the same department with him when I became an adjunct was an honor. His quiet tone of voice and gentile demeanor are things I loved the most about him. May he rest in peace and be an angel watching over your family.
Kind regards,
Amy Matisa Moyer

My sincere condolences to Dr. Roth's family. He was a wonderful and knowledgeable professor and I truly enjoyed his classes during my graduate studies at Kean University.
