Bob was a mentor to CEVEC students, both in the kitchen and outsie of the kitchen. He shared his knowledge, grace, and love for cooking which translated to how he lived his life. Bob made a lasting impact on the entire CEVEC family.

Any time you would see Bob in the Kitchen or hallway at the Ursulline Sisters' Motherhouse, you would be greeted with a smile and wishes for a good day. Bob's soups were extraordinary, and I don't think I will ever be able to look at the "soup of the day" chalkboard and not get a tear in my eye. Rest in peace, Bob...Shirley Caserta, coworker

What moves through you is a silence, a quiet sadness, a longing for one more day, one more word, one more touch, you may never understand why he left this earth so soon, or why he left before you were ready to say good-bye, but little by little, you will begin to remember not just that he died, but that he lived and that his life gave you memories to beautiful to forget.

Bob was a good man with a big heart. He will be missed by all who knew him. Our kitchen will never be the same.
