Not sure what to say?

Dear Mary,
As a boat owner, I was thrilled to learn the new CO at SUBASE NLON
was joining the marina. Almost as thrilled as I was to meet Bob and you! My hearfelt condolences go out to Heather, Will and you. (Fr.) Larry

Mary, Heather and Willie,
I was sorry to hear of my cousin Bobby's passing. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

I was very sorry to hear of your loss. Everyone's loss. I served with Bob when he was the XO on the USS McKee. He was one of the best! Makes us contemplate our own mortality.

Mary & Heather, Please find comfort in knowing that so many people respected and genuinely admired Bob for his wonderful sense of humor, integrity, and example! Bob's legacy in the U.S. Navy lives on -- it was a priviledge to serve with Bob both at the Navy Annex and Sub Base New London. You are in our thoughts and prayers. May God Bless you all.

i am sorry for your loss. May God keep you strong. Best wishes from my family and myself. You will be in our prayers.

My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. I met Mr. Ruple a few times during my tour in Regional Support Group and Naval Submarine Support Facility Front Office; but in that time I always remember seeing him with a smile on his face. God Bless.

Thanks for everything Bob you were a great Shipmate and my life has been better having known you.

My sincerest condolences to the Ruple family at Bob's passing. He was the OIC at SRU while I was attached to DSV Turtle. He was an inspiring and charismatic leader (E-3 to O-6). Truly a loss to his family, friends, and the nation. Fair winds, my friend.

My sincere condolences and prayers at this difficult time. I only served with CAPT Ruple for a short time, but he was a great role model and leader in the Navy Mustang Community. He will be missed. God Bless!
