Robert Ruppin passed away on November 28, 2019 in Seattle, Washington. The obituary was featured in The Seattle Times on January 19, 2020.
I was lucky to be Robert's nurse for awhile. He taught me a lot about plants and keeping a light hearted approach to life.

Mr. Ruppin was my favorite landlord. What a character!! He and Mrs. Ruppin gave my "Baby Bungalow,Inc." a chance!!
It was a smashing success for the care of our littlest ones. For 10 years!! We may never know what a difference your decision made in so many lives.
