When he was doing State(GA) business, he was recruited by Bob to be a national director: what a ride to assist Bob in his dynamic endeavors. Bob Rushton was a great Marietta, Georgia, and US Jaycee. He was an excellent example of the outstanding Jaycee Leadership Training we all experienced. Be sure to post the arrangements in this email format, so we may arrange our schedules to attend the wake and the funeral. Thank you very much. Bob Gotsch

Mate Bob will be missed. I really enjoyed our conversation s over the years. My you RIP. Bob Rushton was President of the United States Jaycees in 1977/78. Our deepest condolences to your family.

I first met Bob in a cafe in Nashville at a convention of the U.S. Jaycees. He called me "Bubba", as he did every young man, and I have been on the Rushton Railroad ever since. He was a dynamic individual and a great example of leadership and service. It was my great pleasure to have been associated with him.
