Lucy and I talk about him often. We certainly miss you Dr Russano. A friendship of over 40 years .

Bob you left us in what seem to be quick but it's clear that when God called you, there was no hesitation. It seems like just yesterday our children were testing our coping abilities, but it's really thirty years now. Your kindness and compassion was your trademark, your big smile was like a beam, and your talent served the neediest population without prejudice. I was just out of the Army in the early 70's and working for Bob while he mentored me in getting my own dental practice started. He was kind, wise, and a good friend who never hesitated to encourage. Fast forward to late 2007 when I was in Hackensack Hospital, recently diagnosed with cancer. My room mate was a friend of Bob's and we got in touch with each other and spoke once or twice. Again, he was wise, kind, and encouraging. He told me he was "fine". Now he is gone, another victim of...
