My deepest sympathies to the family of Bob Saba. In the 1960's at USS Chemicals, my boss (MIT grad Henry Avery, Exec V.P.) advised me that Bob was going to the Holy Land and would bring me a nativity set if I wished. Maybe it was $20 or $25. Bob returned and brought to me the beautiful olive wood nativity figures which I still treasure to this day at Christmas time. I remember him as a soft-spoken humble man in our office. His kind gesture to me was never forgotten.

Hello dearest Saba family – I'm “the Daughter Jocelyn” Hough and wanted to extend my sympathies on Bob's passing. My mom always spoke so fondly of Bob & Mona. Naila and I were friends long-ago at Christ Episcopal. Our family lives in San Diego now but the Universe works in remarkable ways and led me to learn of Bob's passing in Pittsburgh. Saddened that Bob is gone and grateful to have known him. He was a wonderful friend to husband Jack for many years and to me.
