It was only yesterday that I found out you were gone, Bobby. So, I'm still trying to accept that you are really gone. I remember your smile from when we were children. You smiled every day during all of the many years we were in the same class at Holy Trinity. You brought laughter and joy to each day. You told me at my father's memorial service in September 2008:that you were the one who pulled me out of Tibbett's pool by my hair to keep me from drowning. I never knew that. I tried...

Bob Sabol in my opion was a great husband and Dad, always had a smile. I met bob because before I could take barbara out for coffee I had to go over and be approved by him because they were new to Peekslill. I was aporoved and and our friendship has lasted 40 yrs. Thanks Bob. Barbara, Bobby and Brian will always be a part of me because of your approval. Love you Bob. Go Nets

Growing up Mr Sabol was like a second father to me.

I was fortunate enough to meet his son Robert in middle school and since he has been my best friend.

Words cannot describe how amazing his father was and an amazing husband to Mrs Sabol.
