Not sure what to say?

Not a day goes by that I don't think of Bob. I have him to thank for mostly all of my success...I would not be where I am today, in so many ways, if it were not for Bob Salerno. We miss you buddy!

Bob was a people-engineer. Rare leader. Bob will be remembered as the best leader I had. I first met Bob at Ethicon in New Jersey as I interviewed for an Industrial Engineering internship while at Rutgers. He had an impression on me just in our 30 minute interview. I was really hoping to work with him. Bob then came to Cincinnati and joined me at Ethicon Endo-Surgery. He was my plant manager and led our team to greatness. He was patient, listened, and expected excellence. He was very...

I worked with Bob in Cincinnati. He was the most intelligent and down-to-earth manager I ever worked for; a great leader. He touched many lives in a positive way. My thoughts and prayers go to his family during this difficult time.

Dear Janice,

I recently learned of Bob's passing from a mutual friend, and want to express my deepest sympathy.

I had the pleasure of working for Bob at Ethicon in late-80s. Bob was such a positive influence influence on everyone he worked with. He always took the time to mentor new employees, and we all felt a special connection to him.

May the prayers of family and friends help you during this difficult time.

God bless

Dear Salerno family,
I was heartbroken by the news of Bob's passing. He was a great person who I had the privilege of working with in Albuquerque. He will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Sincerely,
Sue King

Bob was one of those special leaders and human being that elevates everyone. He demonstrated the JNJ Credo values through his leadership behaviors. Having known him since 1995, I will miss his humor, passion for people & his family and mentorship. He has left a great legacy at JNJ. .

worked with Bob in Cincinattie. Very sorry to hear of his passing. In my mind Bob was one of the really good guys. He was a excellent leader in his career at J&J as well as a man of great integrity and compassion; a person who guinuinely cared about every person he met. I know he will be greatly missed by his family and friends. My heart and prayers go out to his family.

Bob truly demonstrated, and more importantly, lived what the J@J credo stood for. He loved his family dearly and talked about all of them often. He was loved and respected by so many and will truly be missed. His legacy within J@J will never be forgotten.

To the Salerno family. You are in our prayers.
