Robert Sanborn

Dear family, friends and fellow lodge members,

My sincere sympathies for the loss of this beloved man. I remember the first time I met the most Worshipful Grand Master. I was a new brother doing my first position as Tiler, and didn't know him when he came to the door. I asked for his membership card. Due to his inspiration, I went on to become the Master of the Lodge.

I am sure that it was his lot to hear from Him who sitteth there at Judge Supreme the welcome words "well...

To Clio Fire Chief Robert Sanborn, it is with extreme regret that I learned of your illness and passing from my in-laws, Marianne and Joe Divers.
Our valued friendship began at the wedding of Krissie Divers and your grandson, Erik Sanborn, where we found that we were both officers in our local fire services. Of course, and at my great loss, time and distance made it difficult to nurture our mutual interests.
Fortunately we had the opportunity to pose together for a handsome photo and...

Our condolences to all of the Sanborn family. As you already know, Bob was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend. We feel fortunate to have had him in our lives as well. God bless.

Bob and I are so very saddened with the passing of Bob..... Our Arizona friendship with Bob and Donna will long be remembered after our ten years of sharing winters together ... They are both treasures to our hearts. Love to them both . Kay

I am so sorry to hear of this. Bob was a classmate of mine from Clio High School, class of '47. We were a very close class, still having lunches together in friendship.
