One of the most talented Chefs I ever had the privilege of working for. 90% of my baking skills come from this man alone. He taught me so much in the short time i worked with him from cooking to baking to ever life matters. He was a true legend and will be missed by many. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING CHEF ROB .......

I really cannot imagine my life without a call, a text, or a Facebook post from you. I'm going to miss your love for life and football and even being yelled at while working at the Embassy. It wasn't a good day if you weren't there to pick on me. I'm going to really miss you. Love ya Chef

My condolences to the Sanchez family. I was lucky enough to meet chef Rob my old boss, at embassy suites. I was going to culinary school at the time, he was my mentor. I always referred to Star Wars and thought he was a jeidi master; because he was so knowledgeable n skilled in the kitchen. Known him for 10 years and even after leaving embassy suits, I still called on him as a mentor to help me with questions I had culinary wise. I miss u big guy, u were a gentle giant u were there for me...
