Robert Mattingly Sanders

SANDERS, Robert Mattingly - Of Spring Hill, Florida and Baltimore, Maryland, age 93, died Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at American House in Grand Blanc.

Cremation has taken place.

Inurnment to take place at a later date at Great Lakes National Cemetery.

Robert was born in Romney, West Virginia on November 17, 1922. He married Gladys Schnepp on May 4, 2002. He was Technical Sgt. in the Army Air Corp during World War II, he did 40 missions and home. Robert was an Engineering Manager with the State of Maryland.

Surviving are wife, Gladys;

2 daughters, 2 step-daughters and 3 step-sons and many grand and great-grandchildren;

and 1 brother.
