Robert Silvio Scamara

I am a friend of Sandy's from Davenport, Iowa, so I never knew or met her dad, Robert, but I know that she loved him so much. Sandy and I met when Dave's business took him to Moline, IL and since then we have kept in touch through email. So many times she has mentioned her mom and dad and siblings that I felt like I knew them, too. I am sure Robert was a great man and I want to express my sympathy to Sandy and her siblings, their mother, and Robert's grandkids and great grandkids.

When ever I saw him around town for so many years, he always had a wonderful smile.

Daddy, you have big shoes to fill. Your 5 children are still working at filling them. We will probably have to go barefoot sometimes. You were so loved by all of us.

Knowing you are out of pain and can walk and breathe easily again makes accepting your passing a little easier for me.
