Not sure what to say?

Mr. Bob was one of the best people I have ever met. He was a very religious man and lived his life in the way Jesus taught. He respected everyone he met, and in turn he earned the respect of all who met him. He was a great substitute teacher who loved what he did and always tried to connect with his students. He was always there to offer a smile or just talk.

God Bless Mr. Bob! The world was a better place with him in it. He will truly be missed...

I work at Forest Park MS and I always enjoyed seeing Bob at our school. He always was up and positive. He totally enjoyed his time with the kids and made their day too. I will sooo miss his smiling face and positive attitude.

Hi Cindy,
Our condolences with you and your family.
I hope all goes well with you and God bless you too. Thanks,
Larry and Maria Wiesner

Bob was always a favorite in our office. He always had a smile on his face, always very accomodating and just a pleasure to chat with. He will be deeply missed.

I was privileged to have been introduced to Bob almost 40 years ago. What good times we had playing cards and solving the world's problems (at least according to our view of the world). No one I've ever met could match Bob's wit and sense of humor. What a kind, soft-spoken and gentle person he was. It wasn't until recently that I came to understand the depth of Bob's faith in God and the influence he's had on so many young people. That's a legacy anyone can be proud of but few people...

Bob will be greatly missed (although I'm planning on seeing him again someday). Shared many conversations and experiences with Bob and I'll continue to miss seeing him at Southbrook. My sympathy goes out to his wife, Cindy, and the Schabowski family. I'll continue to keep you all in my prayers.

I am the secretary at Forest Park and Bob was a very frequent substitute. I looked forward to him subbing. He never said no to an extra assignment I may have asked him to do. There was certainly a void in not having Bob sub after his surgery. We all miss him and our condolences go out to all of his family. He talked of his children to me all the time. He was very proud of you.

Mr. Bob was an amazing teacher that subbed for a lot of my classes in high school and middle school. He will be dearly missed by many. RIP Mr. Schabowski.

I can't begin to describe the effect Mr. Bob had on my life through high school. He was my favorite substitute and was one of the nicest people I have ever had the privilege to meet. Condolences go out to his family and all those Mr. Bob had an effect on. I'll miss you! God Bless.
