Not sure what to say?

Dear Nell,
Bob was indeed a very dear friend and I will miss him very much. I'll sure miss his great letters. Bob was indeed a great soldier and a wonderful friend.

Dear Mrs. Schnulle,
Although the Colonel never considered himself to be a hero, he was to many who had the privilege to know him. He was a big man in the broadest sense of the word and he will be missed by us all.

Robert was a wonderful man and such a joy to be close to. I am sorry I was not able to spend one last Christmas with him, as the ones in the past were filled with such happy and memorable instances. He will always be with me during that time of year.

My deepest condolences to you all dear family.

Al and Betty and Mrs. Schnulle,

So sorry to hear of your Dad's passing--and on the day of the HS reunion! I remember your folks from back in the day, and always liked them both. Al, sorry I didn't get to talk to you Saturday night, and Betty, please drop me a line. You are all in my thoughts at this time.
Sincerely,
Linda Cowls,
Morton East Class of '70

Dear

Nell,

My sincere sympathy to you and your family on Bob's passing. He was

a great friend, leader and mentor to me and many others during our days in the National Guard..

Bob will indeed be missed. It was nice to visit with Bob at our recent
gathering at Stevens

My prayers are with you and your

family.

Nell,
We are so sorry to hear of your dear husband's passing. I have some nice memories of visiting with Bob when I dropped by your house on IHPWC business before we moved to Florida. Thinking of you at this sad time.
Sincere sympathy and prayers,

Dear Nell, Al, Betty and Linda,

I extend my deepest sympathy to all of you on the passing of your beloved husband and father. I shall remember Bob as a warm and giving man who loved and cherished his family. He left a wonderful legacy behind. His positive influence has been reflected in his children and grandchildren alike. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

A Lifetime Friend of Al and the Schnulle Family,
