Bob and Shirley were our neighbors across the street from us in Sacramento. We had good times talking about cars (he did like those British ones!), vinyl, and other things. I missed them when they finally left here for good to stay in Mendocino. He let our son use his office to film a small "movie" (The Case of the Missing Remote - if I recall correctly) in his office from where he conducted his trucking business. Bob and I both worked for "Lucky Produce" many years ago. He gave me my first car in 1964, a green 1946 Plymouth. His Brother Don towed it to our old home in Sierra Oaks Vista. In 1960 he worked as a boxboy at Lucky Stores. He was a strong influence on Me, My Brothers, The Mitchell Brothers Dennis and Emory. Rest in Peace Old Friend.
