Bob was my supervisor at IMCC from 1984 to 1986. He was a brilliant Clinical Psychologist and a very kind man. I learned a great deal from him that has served me well throughout my 30 plus year career. RIP Soldier.

I worked with Bob at IMCC and he was one of the kindest men i've known. Great sense of humor, quick wit, smart, kind, understanding and accepting of everyone. Not afraid to bend the rules when the need be. He will be missed by all. My sympathy to the Schultz family.

Bob was a pleasure to work with at IMCC and we were both from western Iowa. Everyone enjoyed his sense of humor and he was so skilled in working with the Special Need population. Hope he enjoyed his retirement years although there were not enough of them. My thoughts go out to the family. He always spoke of you with love.
