Not sure what to say?

From the distant relatives in Chicago whom were cousins to Bob's father, who were the Irish Jews sector in Newport, RI, and converted to Catholicism, our sincerest condolences during your mourning and shiva. Our condolences to the family we haven't met in life.

I just wanted to say it was great growing up across the street from the Schwartz family. I have many great memories of shooting hoops or playing baseball in front of all the homes and Bob and Bobby engaging me and our friends/neighbors in play and conversation about sports. Life long memories to this day. Great times. Great neighbor.. My thoughts are with you all.

So sorry to hear of Schwartzie's passing. He was so much fun to be with. A happy go lucky guy.

I had the privilege of working with Bob for several years at the Basketball Hall of Fame. He was a great guy who always brought a great sense of humor to work every day. He would tell some of the funniest jokes. I was able to spend some time with him outside of work traveling to basketball games. I swear he knew everyone! He took us to a Celts vs Nets game in New Jersey and spotted Mrs Calipari in the crowd. Before I knew it, I was in the locker room talking to players and hanging out with...

"Scheartzie" was a great friend and coach. I I'll always cherish the memories of shooting hoops in our driveway during his lunch break. We always seemed to get our copy of Sports Illustrated a day after everyone else so he could read it first. A small price for such a great friendship. God bless you Schwartzie!

Laurie, Essie & Bobby, So sorry to year of your dad's passing. Such a great guy!

Uncle Bob always had a great story, card trick or just could make a person smile. He will be missed by many. Prayers and condolences to the family. Sending love-

Laurie,Essie,Bob and family.
Sorry to hear about your dad. I remember the old babysitting days with you and Essie, and going to the baseball games. Your father was a wonderful person who was very well liked in Easthamptonand will be remembered by those who knew him and he was so proud of his children.

We only met Bob when our daughter married into the family but we found him a loving and caring man. He will be missed by all who knew him
