Not sure what to say?

Robert will be missed by many. I only knew Robert for a few short years but got to talk to him numerous times over those years. I was the bearded Mailman that always took his 10 minute break in front of Station 2 in Haymount and would go over to talk to all the Firefighters that were there. Robert would always take time to talk to me and anyone else that would walk up. He was a good guy and will be missed Greatly.

Robert will missed by everyone that knew him, he was a great friend, brother fireman devoted husband and father and Christian. I am very thankful for the lifelong friendship we had, I will always remember the time we had hunting, fishing and just being crazy ( back in the day). I had the chance to tell him that I loved him last Thursday, Rest in peace Robert and I will see you again my brother.

From all the village people of Haymount, RIP Sir and thank you for protecting and serving those of us near Station 2.

May God bless you and your family in this time of loss. Rose(Mason)Eason CHS of 67

GOD SPEED SIR!

I am thankful that I got the chance to know and work with Robert, he was a friend, he and I shared some good laughs, most at my expense but always friends. Once a laughter went bad, and for several days he was concerned and ask me about it. Showing his friendship. I thank GOD For People like Robert and I hope that his family will receive even more of GOD's Blessing at this time. MY Brother You will never be forgotten not in my life time.

dianne i am truly sorry for your loss robert will be missed im glad i introduced you and robert im happy you had 35 years together. god bless you and your family. sincerely Debbie Cameron Dickens

Linda and I are sadden to hear about the passing of Robert. It was always a joy to go Crappie fishing with him and Danny P on the Trent River. He was one of the most dedicated Christians and family man I have ever known. There is no doubt in my mind that the Angels are rejoicing of Robert's arrival in Heaven. As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends. God bless you all.

Dianne, Angie and Wesley - I am so sorry for your loss. Robert was a good husband, father, grandfather and cousin. He will be missed. He will always be in our hearts and minds and we can rest in knowing that one day we will all see him again. He is in peace and in no pain and with his family. I love you all and wish I could be with you at this time but you are all in my heart and in my prayers. I love you all.
