It's 9 months on. I'm in New Zealand, about to return to live in Oakland after a 5-year absence and found Dr. Scott's obituary. He was the only physician for me. The most competent, respectful, and kind man. This is a HUGE loss for the world. He's been taken so early but few have done more for others in their lifetimes .... My thoughts and prayers are with those other loved ones he left behind ... in Zimbabwe, Oakland, and around the world ...

I met Dr. Scott while I was the massage therapist at the Oakland Athletic Club in 1982.
From the time I became a chiropractor in January, 1985, it was an honor to have him refer patients to me.
People totally trusted him and I was grateful to have him in my life.

Dr. Scott was a soldier on Earth for GOD. His gentle hands touched many whom no-one else would touch. I have admired him for many years working in the Public Health Dept and I will lay my eyes upon him once again when GOD calls me home. Many Blessing and wonderful memories to all his friends & family.
