Dear Seabloom Family,

I am sorry to hear of Bob’s passing. He was a great teacher, engineer and person, who had a positive impact on many people’s lives and on my life since I took my first environmental engineering course from him in the early 1970s. He will be missed.

Dear Joan and the Seabloom Family,
I was so sorry to hear of Bob's passing. I had the pleasure of first meeting him over 30 years ago. He was a great ambassador for the onsite industry and influenced so many of us with his passion for his work. He will be missed.

Dear Seabloom Family,

Bob gave me tremendous encouragement while participating in the Seattle Onsite Short Courses. He has made an unforgettable contribution to our field.

sincerely,

Dear Seabloom Family
I was very saddened to learn of Bob's passing. I recall and continue to appreciate the several opportunites I had to work w/him on the planning committee for the wastewater short course/conferences at the UW. He was very passionate about pushing on-site technology ahead and ensuring each conference met that goal. He was a fine gentleman - I am glad our paths crossed.

Dear Seabloom family,
My connections to Bob (and his brother Walt) go back to the 40's and 50's. I went to Lake Washington H.S. in Kirkland, then got to know Bob while a student at More Hall.I played bridge with Bob at lunchtime while a student Civil Engineer. I was also a student in his first class in More Hall. He was a fine teacher, although he never looked old enough to be teaching at the UW.

Dear Seabloom Family, Bob contributed so very much to so many, he served as a constant reminder of how much there was to do...I will miss him and I send my sincere condolences to you all...

Dearest Seabloom Family,
Our family and Bob's were dearest friends for many years. As a boy I remember shooting off fireworks with Oscar every fourth. I remember good times with Bob and Walter too. May the good lord hold your family in the palm of his hand and give you peace. Love, Wayne & Judy Buck of Tacoma.
