Not sure what to say?

I am so sorry to hear of Pastor Settle's death. I did not know until last Sat. I was a member of Tabernacle in Hickory under his watch. I was saved there, and he baptized me. He was a great man.

So sorry to read this. My condolences and sympathy to the entire Settle Family. I was fortunate to spend a Summer or two in Pigeon Forge and share some good times with Bob, Joan, Mark and Cathy many years ago. In addition to attending Church at Liberty Babtist. Working with Cathy at The Old Mill. Church picnics and events. Those are some very special memories. Best wishes and prayers to all. Donald Gray (Oregon) Bob

To Mrs. Settle and children go my prayers and thoughts during this time. As time passes you will remember all the good and great things your father stood for. To me he was the last of the great pioneers for Christ in this century.

Lots of...

Our prayers are with you in your loss. We attended Tabernacle Baptist Church in Hickory and Dr. Settle was our Pastor for many years. We have high respect and fondness for Dr. Settle and Joan. They showed the love of God in their lives and to others.
