We became good buddies, just wished we lived closer so we could have spent more time together. He kept a sewing machine at his house so when I visited I could make alterations for him or work on my own projects. Played a lot of card games. Listening to his stories and looking around for bargains at garage sales. Raised a wonderful son, my husband Gary
