Dr. Shapiro became my special Dr. in 1968. I was in an extremely bad car accident. Glory be to God, Dr. Shapiro totally reconstructed the right side of my face & was able to save my eye. He did many, many surgeries on my face and used this experience as a teaching tool. What a blessing he was in my life, I'll never forget him. Thank You God for Dr. Robert Shapiro.

Dr. Shapiro was a wonderful, kind boss, and an excellent plastic, reconstructive, and burn surgeon. I loved working for both he and Dr. Lueders. I will miss not being able to talk with him.
