Not sure what to say?

I have several great memories of Bob Shaw. He pitched for the ChiSox in the first major league game I attended in 1961. In 1965 , the day after winning a game for the Giants (which was the day following a game in which an umpire tossed him after only one pitch), he entertained the fans on the first base line during batting practice making one "circus" catch after another. We were greatly entertained. Talk about a life well-lived!!

Does anybody know the cemetery where he's buried?

To the Shaw family:
Only learned today that Bob Shaw had passed away in 2010. Talking to a neighbor, former MLB pitcher, Bob's name came up. My neighbor knew him. I grew up in Garden City. Bob is a pitching legend at GCHS. Around 1954,I worked along side Bob in the GC post office when Bob was a holdout with I believe Detroit. Bob had a great sense of humor and kept us in stitches while sorting mail. I followed Bob throughout his outstanding major league career. I plan to read his book,...
