Hesperia resident Robert M. Shoopman, 79, died Nov. 12, 2001. Memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at Victor Valley Memorial Chapel, 15609 11th St. in Victorville. Victor Valley Mortuary Inc. is handling arrangements.
