I had the pleasure of meeting Bob Sievert when a mutual friend brought him to an art exhibit I had in Ceres Gallery around 2006. I appreciated his kind words; he was a writer for etaoin.com online website, and he had a deep appreciation /understanding for abstraction. Adieu, Robert.

Bob was my neighbor at 30 Canal Street in 1962. We remained friends
Ever since. He was honest and kind, and always looked out for me.
We used to go to the diner on Bay Street. We were always the toughest two in it. We will all miss him. He was a wonderful man. He lived every day that came. To Eva and Joseph, I am so sorry.
