Not sure what to say?

I never had a chance to meet Bob, 'Sig' however having heard so many stories told by his brother Irv, I know we have yet lost another treasure. I will always remember 'Uncle' Irv telling about the racing days on the Samammish Slough, And the one about how Bob would teach and talk about ....Boilers.
My prayers of healing and blessing go out the the families of Bob Sigler

When I hired on with Alaska Airlines in March of '69, "Sig" was one of my leads. I enjoyed working with him through the years.
One memory I have was the night that someone had swapped his bologna sandwich for, I think it was peanut butter & jelly. He got all upset that he didn't have his usual bologna.
I will always remember all the good times working with "Sig".

Please accept our condolences. Bob was a man of integrity and always treated us with kindness.

May God's blessings surround Sig and his family during this time. I remember Sig from when I began working at Headquarters in 1972. He was well respected by his peers and by management of Alaska. I enjoyed becoming acquainted with him in 1985. He was one of the men that I admired during that time in my life. I knew he stood for integrity and honesty. I am so sorry he is gone.

Sig - I remember when you were my lead, and when we would get the airplane fixed and working as it should, you would always smile and say "That's nice!" and we knew that we had done a good job. Thanks for the memories and lessons learned.

I had worked with Sig many years at Alaska Airlines. He had a great sense of what was the right thing to do and was always a pleasure to be around. He will be missed by any and all that knew him and or worked with him.

As a maintenance dept. lead, he was one of the best. He was airplane smart and was always there to share his knowhow with you and not make you feel foolish. I will miss seeing him at the monthly retiree lunches and annual picnics.

Will never forget Sig's comment "I don't have to do two things, I don't have to like it and I don't have to quit"

Scott~ I am sorry to hear about your Dad. Just know that he is in a better place out of pain and suffering, God will watch over him.
