Robert Jackie Simms, Sr., age 67 of Lavergne, died Saturday October 22, 2011.
Mr. Simms is survived by his wife of 10 years, Lois Doyle Simms; daughter, Michele Feren; sons, Robert Simms, Jr., both of FL, Steven (Stacy) Simms of TX; his step sons, Dwight Perrine of Brentwood, Daniel Perrine, and Dennis Perrine, both of Lavergne; one granddaughter, Brianna Simms, and three step grandchildren, Jaqueline Perrine, Melissa Perrine, and Daniel Perrine, Jr.
Memorial service will be 2 p.m. Monday, with Visitation one hour prior at Woodfin Chapel Smyrna.

It has been said our days are numbered thus we have no say as to when we must go. At that time we live on in the memories of all who were touched by us. Although Jackie has departed, he lives on. May you all feel love and comfort in the days ahead.
