Robert M. ("Sonny") Simpson, architect (B'ham, form. of Sylacauga), passed away Nov. 16, 2019. He is survived by wife Marilyn Kelly Simpson, children Kelly & Leigh (Noble), Stott Noble, and Suzanne Noble. Visitation (12:00 p.m.) and memorial (1:00 p.m) Sat., Dec. 7, at St. Luke's Episcopal Church.
Great memories of the early years, Marilyn you and Sonny were role models for your little sister Nancy and me as we began our married life and raised our families.I will miss him, and just know that he is in heaven, with Nancy and Aubrey, and we all will be together some day. We all miss him. Leigh, Kelly, and Marilyn, I will see you Friday.

My Sympathy to the Simpson and Noble family. Mr Simpson lived an amazing life.
He was an amazingly well rounded and gifted man. He loved life, his God, and his neighbor.
