Not sure if Robert’s family monitors this site. But I wanted to let you know Robert had a huge impact on my life. I met him after my first deployment and he was reassigned to alpha company 2nd platoon 1-22. He was in my platoon. He quickly became my best friend. I was a young private and me and Robert hung out every day after work, he was like an older brother to me. He often came to me and my fiancé’s apartment after work and stayed the night with us.
