Bob was the heart and soul of Fernwood Point. He always helped with every project, kept the association alive and manned the money. We will all miss hiim whizzing by at 4 A.M. to get to work in Massachusetts. He was so energetic...we cannot believe he is gone.Laura Beth Foster

Your Dad was one of the best parts of the Norris/Tapley family. We all benefitted from his kindness and warmth. His generous spirit will live on in each of us. Thanks for the memories. Our deepest condolences for this great loss.

I was so sad to hear the news of the passing of Mr. Skelley. He was such a special person with great energy, enthusiasm and joy for living. I am fortunate to have known him and will always remember him fondly. My heart goes out to the entire Skelley family and all of those whose lives he touched. He was a true gentleman and he will be missed.
