Robert S. Skinner ELIZABETH CITY - Robert Smith Skinner, 85, of the 100 block of Blue Bonnett St., died Dec. 10, 2008. A funeral will be held Sunday at 1:30 p.m. in St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church. Stallings Funeral Homes, Elizabeth City, is in charge.
