I am saddened to hear of the death of Bob Skinner and would like to extend my condolences to his entire family. I am a 30 year veteran with NYSDOT and worked with Bob at the beginning of my career at “Butternut”, the NYSDOT facility on Butternut Drive in Dewitt. Bob was the most honest, respectable and without a question of a doubt, hardest working person at that facility.
