Robert Colin Slacke

12/22/1917 - 11/28/2010
Bob passed away peacefully at age 92. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Margaret, his children, Jim Slacke and Nancy Heuler, his daughter-in-law, Marcia Slacke, and two grandchildren, Hilary and Adam Heuler. He and Margaret have lived in San Jose since the late 1940's and have many friends, neighbors and relatives here. His career was in the wholesale and retail paint business. He loved sports, animals, children, the outdoors, and was known as kind and genial by all who knew him.
Funeral service and burial will be on Dec. 7 at 10 am at Oak Hill Funeral Home, 300 Curtner Ave. It will be followed by a reception at Jim and Marcia's home in San Jose.
