Not sure what to say?

Denise,
I am so sorry to learn of Bob's passing. I always admired how much he supported you in your staging business , and how you were each so devoted to each other. I cannot imagine your loss, but please feel free to call me at any time. Condolences to your entire family. I'll keep you all in my prayers.
Best regards,
Kathi Presutti

We have so many fond memories of Bob from our years together at City Hall. Bob was always fair, reasonable, and - most of all - unfailingly and wonderfully human.

Recalling his ready laugh, affable nature, and compassionate kindness reminds us of how fortunate we were to have known him.

Bob was greatly respected as a very professional City Manager with a great sense of humor, super dedication and deeply respected ethics. He made us proud. Frank Gerstenecker, Retired City Manager, Troy, MI

Denise: Mary Ann and and I were so sorry to read of Bob's death in the paper today. You and his other family members have our deepest sympathy. It was such a pleasure to work with him as City Clerk when I was on City Council In Ypsilanti and he was clearly having a ball in retirement. What a sweet, wonderful man. We will all miss him.

Denise and Family,
It is sad to learn of your loss in Bob's passing. There are so very many memories of him ... a great person, a good public servant, sharing his great sense of humor etc. The last time we talked was at the grocery store when he shared with me that your shopping was done with two lists, one for Denise, one for Bob, then we meet at the check out line. He was in good spirits and we both laughed more while he talked about your letting him drive his motorcycle, while...

My condolences to Bob's family - may he rest in peace.

I have not seen Bob in a long time, but hearing of his passing saddens me. He was a funny, good spirited man with a very kind heart. He had such a great laugh and infectious smile. My deepest sympathies to his wife, children, family and all those who knew and loved him.

Bob was great to work with as we have responded to many challenges and changes in the City of Ypsilanti, and in the broader region. His love and commitment to our community was reflected in his work and is part of the public legacy that he leaves. Thanks, Bob, and family, for these decades of commitment. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Bob had a special relationship with anyone that knew him. That quick, deep, booming laugh and his sage advice. He had the ability to see all sides of any story and was non judgmental. He fit in where he was, when he was there. We have fond and happy memories of a very special person. Condolences to you Denise and to his family.
