Not sure what to say?

To the Slover Family: Bob was such a nice man. Always smiling and loved his family. May it help to know that others miss and loved him too. A really great man to know. RIP Mr. Slover.

My great sorrow to learn of Bobs' passing,he was a friend of me and of my whole family for so many years. He is with Mary now as God planned. Leslie, mary,Linn and Bob my prayers you. Bob will be missed by all.Buddy&Pat Venuti.

I was sad to hear of Bob's passing. It has been nearly forty years since we spoke, but I will always remember Bob as very kind to everyone in his life. The playful bantering between he and Mary would always make me smile and laugh. If you ever wanted to take a long walk with Bob, you only had to walk one block in uptown and every person you met would result in a conversation. To Leslie, Mary, Lynn and Bob, you were blessed to have a father that so many called a friend. My thoughts and prays...

My condolences to Mr. Slover's family and friends. I knew him as a young girl attending many birthday parties at his and Mary's home on Hasbrouck Avenue since I was a classmate and friend of their daughter Leslie. Very sorry Leslie to hear of your dad's death (and also your mom's). They were great parents and good kind people. He is now with your mom in heaven and they will be watching over their kids from above.

It was with great sadness we learned of Mr. Slover's passing. He was a devoted family man with a great sense of humor. Our deepest sympathy to all the Slover Family. May your loss seem less knowing others share in your loss. He will truly be missed by all who knew him.
