It's Thanksgiving night and I got a call from a old friend for the holiday, and in talking he told me about Bobby's passing, it broke me heart that I did not not know. I was lucky enough to be at the 3rd dist. when Bobby came to our department, and knew right away this is a guy that was special. I was shocked and sad instantly when I heard of Bob's death. He was truly one of the good guys, always could count on him for any request. My condolence to your family and he will be missed by all members of the police department who ever met him. Take care and my prayers are with you all.
