Not sure what to say?

Robert was an exceptional man, therapist, sensitive person, husband. He had a great talent to connect with his audience when giving talks. He was a devoted dad to Maeve. He and I shared 20 years together and was a special part of my life, he and Maeve. I will remember the best parts always. RIP Robert.

I am deeply saddened to hear of this great loss. My heart goes out to Andrika and all of his family, and to us, his community.

My sympathies to Robert's family. Robert was such an awesome person. I got to know Robert when I worked at the Retreat, then I learned that my father who was in recovery was a good friend of his. My father spoke so highly of Robert. He would always tell me after my father's passing "your dad would be so proud of you." Rest well Robert and my God Bless your family and keep them in His everlasting care.

I worked closely with Robert for many years. It was his humanity and kindness toward others that stood out more than any other quality. He will be sorely missed.

Bob was one of the kindest and heartfelt people I have known. His work in the recovery community and his humanity in general has helped a great many people, both as a voice for recovery and as a friend. RIP Bob! One of the best...Condolences to his family and friends to suffer such a giant loss.

I am so sad to hear of Robert's passing -- and wish all sympathy to his loved ones. Bobby and I met in Jersey and moved to VT together, when we were very young, so many years ago. He will always be one of my favorite people, a man of great intelligence, heart and integrity. I am fortunate to have had him in my life.

So very sorry for this loss, that will be felt by so many... may your memories of him being you comfort and a smile. Sending hugs and prayers.

So sorry for this loss. Robert was a special man and made the world a better place. I so respected and appreciated his work and commitment to the recovery community and was honored to work with him at the Retreat! So sorry for you, Maeve and to your family. Your love will endure and bring you some comfort! Robert will be dearly missed. Take good care, Lynn Huston

My deepest sympathy to Robert's family and friends. He was such a kind, gentle soul. Though my interaction with Robert was sparse, I always felt a sense of calm when he was around. Holding Robert's families in my heart and sending prayers to all. Heaven gained another angel and I am sure he will be watching over his family!
