Robert William Staines

I came to know Mr. Staines at the time he formed ARESCO. I visited with him many times over the years & we discussed everything from times past to current events. His knowledge of history was extremely good, & his retention of facts sometimes astounded me. After his office relocated from downtown & he began to spend more time at home with his family, our visits & talks ended. My memory of Mr. Staines will always be fond ones.
