Not sure what to say?

Thank you to all who have left messages and told a story about Bob (my grandpa). It is wonderful to read tales about his life that I never knew and learn many fun facts. He was a loving grandfather and he will be missed. Others kindness and good thoughts are so comforting.

I'm another of Bob colleagues from the Roaring 19th (Region) in the 1970's. Like Bob, I graduated from law school in Wisconsin, but I had forgotten Bob's Upper Midwest and Wisconsin connections until I read the fine obituary in the Seattle Times.

Bob and I worked on a number of cases together, most noteworthy being a huge case involving a gigantic aluminum...

Thank you, Jack Nelson. Your name sounds very familiar to me. I wish Dad were here so I could tell him that Jack Nelson left a very nice comment. I can hear him now, "Oh yes, Jack Nelson..."

As a co-worker with Bob Stange at the NLRB, I remember well his penchant for trial preparation. He was a dedicated public servant, a model employee and manager, and a model for doing the right thing.
A family man of the first order, and a master of all he undertook.
Jack Nelson, former NLRB Regional Director
