I will miss Bob greatly, his morning phone calls to me, his advice, friendship, and wisdom. He was truly a great man,and was like a father to me.I will miss our long talks about cars,politics. We shared a lot of evenings together. I stayed with him one summer to work in Idyllwild, we would watch baseball then retire to the deck by his den and have a couple cold ones. Many fond memories of a truly good guy.

Rest in peace Bob, you have no regrets. I can't remember a single time when you were less than supportive and optimistic for everyone. You are missed.

When I see pictures of my Grandpa, tears fill my eyes. I still haven't quite accepted the fact that I will never see him again, or benefit from his wisdom, or share a lucky cigar and drink after a meal. I will truly miss his company, his stories, and good spirit. I am terribly sorry that I can't be there for the service and wish to pay my respects digitally for what it's worth. Family members tell me how proud he was of me. Words really can't describe how that makes me feel. Every son...
