I fondly remember Mr. Steckel from my working time at Walbert Animal Hospital. He was a loving pet dad and always spoke highly of his family and the Dodgers! We were so sorry to read that my parents neighbor Bob had passed away. My dad, Frank enjoyed walking across the street to talk with Bob. My mom Lulu spoke fondly of Elsie. I think much of the conversation was about sharing the bounties from their gardens and recipes. Condolences to the Steckel family.
